The Service Request Resolver must understand the requirements of the service request raised by the User and raise queries
in case additional information is needed. Detailed analysis must be carried out based on information collected about the
service request from the User. The Service Request Resolver must then implement the standard operating practices to fulfill
the request. This ensures that service requests are handled in a consistent manner and they meet the agreed service levels.
The Service Request Record must be updated with the resolution actions taken. |
